Payments for any voiceover or imaging production work must be received within 14 daysfrom date on invoice.Payments can be accepted by BACS (Internet Bank Transfer), or via Internet service Pay Pal.

Prices within rate cards and online are correct at time of publication and are subject to change at any time.

Final pricing will be based on a project-by-project basis.Promotional details and terms will be clearly highlighted on the promotional page throughout promotions.

Unfortunately, there are no refunds available, as what you hear in the respective demos is what you should expect. (Although you'll always get something created with passion and creativity)

Here's how it works:

You'll have 5 days from date of invoice to ask for any urgent amendments to be made to your imaging or audio production project, however big or small.

The aim of the 5 days is to act as a priority to amend anything within your latest package that requires urgent attention. For example, if you don't think the sound is quite right in your imaging package, or you think you would like something else added.

Of course, amendments can be made to any finished imaging packages after the 5 day period, and updates to exisiting packages can also take place after the 5 day period too. These might take longer depending on the amount of other work, but a completition time will be agreed between Ian and the client.

The 5 days are simply there as "priority" days, great if you plan to have a quick turnaround time of the Pinnell Production you've recieved.
