You asked: Who will be the voice of my script / producer of my imaging?Pinnell says:Ian Pinnell will be the main voice of your script, and the main producer of your imaging. Feel free to listen to demos on the voicover and production pages to see what Pinnell can do for you.You asked: What file type will the finished audio be sent in?Pinnell says:Finished audio files will be sent in either MP3 or WAV. For other requirements, please ask!You asked: Are the prices flexible?Pinnell says:The vast majority of prices are flexible, for both voiceover and imaging production work, as no two clients are ever the same. Although ideally the prices online and in rate cards are worked too, depending upon circumstances and size of the projects, they should be considered as guide prices. Rates are to be amended in the Summer of 2010.You asked: What's the order process for voiceovers?Pinnell says:Simply contact Ian using the contact page and email your script to him, including any vocal directions that are required (serious, fun etc). Ian will then voice your script and email you a sample. If you're happy, payment details will be sent to you, and once payment has been received, your high quality voiceover will be sent. Ian is also available to do voiceovers via Skype in real-time.You asked: What's the order process for imaging production?Pinnell says:Contact Ian using the contact page and email any audio files to him along with a brief. Ian will then contact you where you can discuss the project further, including any requirements etc. Ian will then get to work, and samples will be sent to you along the way to make sure you're happy with the work being produced. Once complete, and payment has been received by Ian, you'll have your imaging emailed to you in a high quality format.You asked: What are the payment methods?Pinnell says:For larger voice and/or imaging projects, a small deposit will be required beforehand. Pinnell Productions accepts payment via BACs, and details of how to pay will be sent with your invoice. Once payment has been received, you'll get your fresh voice and audio! As per the Trading Terms, payment must be recieved within 14 days of invoice.
